For the IT Infrastructure department 'End User and Client Services' we are looking for two Operations Specialists.

Role & responsibilities:
In the role as Operations Specialist you are responsible for keeping all (Windows) systems 'up and running'. Activities like solving problems, deployment/provisioning, patch management and monitoring are part of the job. These activities need constant attention and you are challenged to support new initiatives in a global dynamic environment.

Do you have?
-A Bachelor degree in IT.
-3-5 years experience in an infrastructure environment (preferably international / large environment)
-MCSA/MCSA certification.
-Substantial knowledge of VMWare ESX Server.
-Substantial knowledge of related development tools/processes.
-Good knowledge of customer and service oriented working.
-Good knowledge of the IITIL processes.
-Fluent speaking and writing in English.
-Able to lead discussions in a global meeting.
